Cs50 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document contains the full terms and conditions governing the use of the cs50 platform by all registered users and visitors to this website. Please read the entire document carefully before registering or using any of the services provided.
Effective date: These terms take effect from the date of your account registration and are subject to updates from time to time.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, accessing or using any part of the cs50 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. This acceptance is legally binding. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the platform immediately and close your account if you have one.
These terms apply to all users without exception, including visitors browsing the platform without a registered account, users with an active account, and any party accessing the platform via mobile device, app or web browser. cs50 reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these terms at any time, with reasonable notice provided to registered users via email or in-platform notification.
- You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the platform.
- Use of the platform by anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited.
- Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with applicable local laws in Malaysia.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the cs50 platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual is a violation of these terms and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without further notice. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information, including your full name, a valid email address and an active mobile number.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. cs50 will not be held liable for any loss arising from a user's own disclosure of login details to a third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected] and change your password using the function available within the platform.
- Account information must be accurate and updated whenever changes occur.
- Passwords must be unique and must not be shared with any other party.
- Cs50 reserves the right to request additional identity verification at any time for security purposes.
- Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before your first withdrawal can be processed.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users of the cs50 platform agree to use all provided services in a lawful, honest and responsible manner. Any attempt to manipulate the system, exploit technical errors, use third-party software to gain an unfair advantage or engage in any form of fraud is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination as well as appropriate legal action.
The following activities are expressly prohibited on the cs50 platform:
- Registering using a false identity or misleading information.
- Sharing your account with others or allowing a third party to use your account.
- Using bots, automated software, or any non-human means to access or interact with the platform.
- Uploading or distributing content that is unlawful, defamatory or infringes the rights of others.
- Engaging in any activity that damages, disrupts or overloads the cs50 platform infrastructure.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to parts of the platform not intended for general users.
4. Payment Information & Transactions (MYR)
All financial transactions on the cs50 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports a range of local deposit methods, including DuitNow, GrabPay and bank transfers via major Malaysian banks. All deposits will be credited to your account balance once payment has been confirmed by the respective payment system.
Withdrawals from your cs50 account are subject to the following conditions:
- Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed.
- Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the same name as the cs50 account holder.
- Withdrawal processing times are one to two business days, depending on the method selected.
- Cs50 reserves the right to suspend or hold withdrawals that require further review for security or compliance reasons.
- Any fees charged by a bank or third-party payment provider are the responsibility of the user.
Cs50 does not accept cash payments. All transactions must be carried out through the digital payment methods listed on the platform. Any attempt to transfer funds using an unapproved method will result in the transaction being declined and may trigger an account investigation.
5. Liability Limitations & Account Policies
Cs50 provides the platform on an as-is basis and makes no guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption, free from errors or suited to every user's needs. To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, cs50 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
Account Suspension & Closure
Cs50 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if:
- The user has violated any of the terms set out in this document.
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity has been detected on the account.
- Information provided during registration is found to be false or misleading.
- The user is found to hold multiple accounts on the same platform.
- There is a directive from the relevant authorities requiring such action.
To close your account upon request, please contact the cs50 support team. Any valid account balance will be processed for refund in accordance with established procedures, subject to successful identity verification.
Intellectual Property
All content on the cs50 platform — including logos, interface design, text, images, software code and visual elements — is the exclusive property of cs50 or its licensed content providers. Users may not copy, distribute, modify or use any such content without explicit written permission from cs50.
6. Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
The cs50 platform may contain links or references to third-party services, technology providers or content. cs50 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any linked third-party website or service. Users who access third-party links do so at their own risk and are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective third party.
Cs50 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes via their registered email or a notice displayed on the platform at least seven days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable Malaysian law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms will be resolved through the appropriate resolution process under Malaysian legislation. Users agree that Malaysian courts have jurisdiction over any matter relating to the use of the cs50 platform.
